In the Integral Yoga, the chakras are understood as subtle centres that receive and transmit the action of a higher Consciousness. 

 

Rather than being activated through effort or upward techniques, they open naturally when the being opens itself to the higher force and gives consent to the Divine for accepting the offering of its lower nature for transformation. The movement begins in the higher planes and gradually descends, touching each centre with Divine qualities such as peace, light, force, joy etc. widening the awareness. 

 

As this descent progresses, each chakra becomes a field for reorganisation. 

The process is individual and fluid — some experience distinct openings, others feel only a general expansion or a subtle influx of Divine. 

 

Ultimately, the descent prepares the lower nature for transformation. 

The chakras serve as stations where the higher consciousness anchors itself into the body and the daily life. 

 

Through this downward permeation, the centres become instruments for Divine action —allowing the practitioner to live, act, and create from a consciousness that is wider, quieter, and more luminous than the ordinary mind and vital, making the being a more perfect instrument of the Divine with each bit of aspiration.

 

What we shall explore and aspire for in these 3 days:

• Chakra awareness within s adhana  
• Awaken to a living sensitivity to each centre, allowing your practice to become embodied.
• Chakra as a sacred space
• Let every chakra become a sanctified field for mantra sadhana, pushpa sadhana, and prana yoga — a living altar of inner offering.
• Inclusive awareness of all centres  
• Cultivate a simultaneous awareness where every centre participates and offers itself to the Divine movement.
• Transform traditional imprints
• Replace inherited patterns of effort and control with a consciousness of opening, receptivity, surrender and inner offering.
• Lovingly await the descent of the Mother’s Force
• We learn to dwell quietly within each centre, without getting perturbed by the shortcomings, waiting with trust for the descent of The Mother’s transforming Force that opens and blooms the chakras / centres from within.
