“The more the mind is quiet, the more the sight is good." – The Mother of Sri Aurobindo Ashram
Inspired by The Mother's teachings on eyesight and informed by contemporary neuroscience, this experiential workshop explores the profound relationship between vision, the brain and consciousness. Through eye exercises, movement explorations and simple practices working with the cranial nerves, we'll discover how the visual system influences our sense of safety, posture, mobility, concentration and overall well-being. Join us for an engaging session of practice and inquiry as we explore how working with the eyes and the other cranial nerves can help us access greater ease, clarity, presence and connection on every level of our being.
