Radhe is the Executive Director of
La Grace, Sri Aurobindo Integral Life Center, in Fountain Inn, S.C. and a visiting faculty member
at Hindu University of America. She is also Founder and President of
Medical Relief for India (MRI), a non-profit organisation that provides free medical camps for underserved rural communities in India.
Guided by a deep inner calling toward holistic health and spiritual growth, in 2007 Radhe embarked on a transformative journey that led her from the corporate world to the study of Ayurveda and Jyotisha. She completed a two-year programme at The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico, including a six-week Gurukula training in Pune, India under Dr. Vasant Lad and over a decade of study and practice in Jyotisha.
In 2017, she joined La Grace, Sri Aurobindo Integral Life Center, as Executive Director. A Harvard MBA graduate with over 25 years in the Financial Services Industry, Radhe now integrates her professional skills with Ayurveda and the Integral Yoga teachings of Sri Aurobindo’s and The Mother’s to design, facilitate and lead Integral Yoga workshops, courses and retreats as well as Ayurvedic Intensive programmes.

Svadharma as a field guide. Participants will be guided through reflective practices designed to assist them in uncovering their own unique
Svabhava.
Beyond individual self-actualisation, the workshop bridges personal transformation with collective evolution, demonstrating how the principles of
Swabhava and
Svadharma apply to the wider community and nation. We will examine how families, education systems, and entire civilizations thrive only when they honour their inherent nature, rather than adhering to standardised, external moulds.
Ultimately, this offering provides a comprehensive, integrated blueprint for anyone seeking to anchor genuine spiritual authenticity into both their inner spiritual practice and their outward contribution to the world.
