Dr. Uma Narayanan, a facilitator and coach, holds a Ph.D. from IIT Madras in Positive Psychology & Organizational Behaviour. She worked in Ford, for a decade, finally as Manager, Learning & Development (India & Asia Pacific). A Director at People First since 2016, she heads the Learning & Organisational Development solutions. A trustee in EYES Trust, she anchors Integral Education initiatives. She offers regular sessions on mindful heartfulness, inwardly calm, inner strengths and holistic development.
Jishnu Guha was born in Kolkata and raised in a family devoted to Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. He came into conscious contact with Them when he was 16 and thereafter remained a student of the Science of Living. By training, he is a chartered accountant and he studied Management at the
University of Southern California, USA. He used to be actively associated with Sri Aurobindo Center, Los Angeles and offered his time for their monthly newsletter. He considers work as a way of

Dr. Alok Pandey is a medical doctor specialising in psychiatry, practising at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry. He has conducted many workshops on diverse subjects in India and abroad and contributed numbers of articles on different subjects in various Indian and International journals. Dr. Gitanjali J. Angmo is a social entrepreneur and educationist. She is Founder, CEO and Dean of

Gitanjali has been a student of Sanskrit, Vedas, Upanishads and the Gita in the light of Sri Aurobindo for 35 years and brings her insights in her educational and developmental frameworks. She is a Odissi and Ballet dancer, a black belt in Karate and world champion. Dr. Soumitra Basu. a consultant psychiatrist based in Kolkata and Pondicherry, who works with Consciousness paradigms in health and psychology. He conducts workshops on personal growth and is a Founder-Editor of

Bryce Grinlington was educated in Melbourne, Australia and worked as an electrical engineer before setting out on his quest to find the Truth. Extensive travels in S.E. Asia brought him to the ashram in Pondicherry, where he had a deep sense of reaching his ‘spiritual home’. At the Ashram, he has worked in the Dining Room and Archives. He now teaches music at the
Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education (SAICE).
