Dr. Monica Gulati is an immunologist by training, who realised that scientific research was not her calling, while studying at the University of Zurich. Cancer made her realise that her truth was the way of the heart. She lives fearlessly through every movement, reading every inner message to meet the challenges of existence. A relentless explorer, she feels graced to be on this inner journey, hand-in-hand with her fellow-travellers.

Giving Ourselves up to the Divine

There comes a time in our lives, without making any u- turn or getting entangled by the glitters of life, when we are ready to turn fully and completely to the Divine for everything. We feel ready with this full turning, to offer the minutest parts of our beings, and its movements constantly and unceasingly to the Divine, wanting nothing in return. With this constant aspiration and self-offering we begin to see the offering happen in our physical being as well; an offering not only of the thoughts and feelings and desires and everything else, but also each thread and particle of our being.

Those of us who feel ready for this utter self-giving, are welcome to join this workshop, where along with working on this self-offering and self-giving in the body consciousness, we will also see for ourselves the role of Agni, the Priest of Sacrifice in this Yajna.

"Agni......is of the devas, the shining ones, the Masters of light..........He is free and unbound or binds himself only in play. He is inherently pure and he is not touched nor soiled by the impurities on which he feeds. He enjoys the play of good & evil and leads, raises or forces the evil towards goodness. He burns in order to purify. He destroys in order to save.

When the body of the sadhak is burned up with the heat of the tapas, it is Agni that is roaring and devouring and burning up in him the impurity and the obstructions. He is a dreadful, mighty, blissful, merciless and loving God, the kind and fierce helper of all who take refuge in his friendship."
