Vaidya P. Rammanohar is a distinguished Ayurveda physician who holds a postgraduate degree in Dravyaguna (Ayurvedic pharmacology). Currently, he serves as the Research Director at Amrita School of Ayurveda. To his credit, he has authored over 100 research publications and has participated in 20 major research projects. Additionally, he has conducted research visits to 21 countries. His contributions to research have been recognized with numerous awards including the Ayurveda Ratna Award from All Party Parliamentary Group, House of Commons, UK Parliament. He is a member of the National Council for Integrative Science and Medicine (NCISM), a Research Advisor to the Indian National Science Academy, and a Co-Chair of the Ayurveda SIG of the Society for Integrative Oncology (USA). He also holds the position of Visiting Professor at Southern California University of Health Sciences (USA).

Ayurveda & Integral Health is a four-part webinar series exploring how Ayurveda, the ancient science of life from India, offers a comprehensive approach to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Through these sessions, we examine how timeless Ayurvedic principles align with modern understandings of health and healing.

 

Foundations of Ayurveda and Integral Health – Understand the core concepts of Dosha, Agni, and Prakriti, and how they form the basis of individualised and holistic care.

 

Mind-Body Integration in Ayurveda – Explore the psychological dimensions of health, including the roles of Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas, and Ayurvedic approaches to mental well-being.

 

Ayurvedic Lifestyle for Preventive Health – Learn about daily and seasonal routines ( Dinacharya and Ritucharya), diet, and behavioural codes ( Swasthavritta) to maintain balance and prevent disease.


Botanical Interventions and Scientific Potential – Discover Ayurvedic herbs with emerging evidence for managing chronic conditions, improving sleep, gut health, and mental clarity.
