James Anderson met life-threatening illness when 21, before working at the Lloyd’s Market in London for 16 years and later as a director. A sudden calling changed his life and he came to India. He has remained in Pondicherry since 2000. A writer, healer and teacher, he is Coordinating Editor of NAMAH, the Journal of Integral Health. He has  published, A Torch in the Dark, a book that examines human growth in an integral and experiential way.
Going Deeper & Becoming Vaster in Seamless Sadhana

Don’t stop now because the journey becomes deeper and ever vaster. Maybe this message finds you at a crossroads. Perhaps you need to assimilate. Sometimes we have to step back before recalibrating our being. Whatever state these words find you in, consider now stepping out of your halfway-house and resume the journey once more with a renewed energy and aspiration. There is still much farther for us to go in this arduous yet beautiful Sunlit Path.

 

In the four-day experiential immersion, we shall work together first by fortifying the foundation of our faith and surrender. We cannot neglect the Will, our means of effectuation in Integral Yoga. We align it to ensure its arrow can always meet the target. It should certainly be like that in our practice. Once the intention is set, we can then move irrevocably towards the goal, because a sure foundation has been set. Everything has to be aligned. Make this an aim of your sadhana.

 

Join us and throughout we shall constantly invoke the guidance and presence of the Mother to practise in a way that is both seamless or progressive, a continuous movement towards the heights, the breadths and the depths of our being.
