Developing a Mantric Body

Doing Ajapa Japa is a meditation technique that involves repeating a mantra effortlessly and spontaneously. It’s a part of classical Yoga-Tantra tradition, practised here in the light of Integral Yoga along with deeper body work. The Divine Sound and Vibrations get the body to reverberate to a particular frequency, which align more with the higher vibrations of consciousness.

Course experiential coverage

  1. Staying present inside the body.
  2. Practising expansion & condensation with the breath & prana.
  3. Chanting primordial mantras. Beej mantras and Mother's mantras within the cells / tiny points across our body.
  4. Being present with the vibration & sensations of sound uttered in the body.
  5. Listening with the inner ear for the Swayambhu (spontaneous emergence) Mantra.
  6. Practising with eyes open so that the chant can be a constant living companion while leading our daily life.
