The Psychology of Self-Perfection in the Light of Integral Yoga

“The perfection of man lies in the unfolding of the ever-perfect Spirit.” Sri Aurobindo

All life is, in essence, a secret Yoga — a gradual unfolding of Nature towards the discovery and fulfilment of the divine principle within. Human effort of self-work in light of the higher force makes this unfolding a conscious inward process leading to awareness of the diverse elements and tendencies of human nature and learning ways to harmonise the various aspects of self.

In this 2-week immersion, the participant will journey through the present imperfection of human nature and how these imperfections create a veil between the divine principle within and nature, in the process discovering the interconnectedness of body, mind, emotions, and how their true potential can be realised by unifying them around the Psychic presence within.
