Shweta Rajurkar is a dedicated aspirant and practitioner of Integral Yoga, guided by the Mother and Sri Aurobindo with extensive experience in yoga instruction, personal training and therapy from 2011. She is a recognised yoga teacher trained at prestigious institutions such as The Bihar School of Yoga, Munger and SVYASA, Bengaluru. She specialises in prenatal yoga, integral well-being and exploring Naad Yoga as a potential medium for healing. She is certified in Woga (Hatha Yoga in water) 1& 2 and also a certified Sonorium facilitator from SVARAM, Auroville. She is also studying and exploring deeper bodywork in the light of Integral Yoga. Her passion is to explore the deep-rooted systems of Indian culture through ancient Yogic science.
The Prayer of Our Cells

The Mother and Sri Aurobindo are now present in the subtle physical world, working on all our bodies and on the matter of earth. We too, with humility and adoration, can join this sadhana in many tiny ways. The cells of The Mother were chanting Her mantra! There are several prayers that had risen in The Mother’s body, which was universalised and contained the whole body of the earth within. These prayers had risen from Her body’s cells towards more Light and Consciousness. Ultimately, Her cells were offering themselves with the chant, 

‘O Lord, It’s up to You.”

 

The deeper sadhana of our body is governed by two aspects, Mainly, it is the Grace of the Divine Mother, and this is based on our body’s own aspirations and receptivity.


These 3 days it will be a tiny attempt from our side to open up the receptivity of our body towards The Divine Mother.
