This 3-day workshop is intent on digging out and sharing some essential, fundamental, simple methods and practices from the Buddha's treasury. 

 

We will just be focussing on simple take-aways for our day-to-day purification; and understanding the importance of discipline of such tools, so as to move towards a Life Divine. 

 

This workshop s meant for those who would welcome some practical hints and pointers for a continuity of method and discipline in their spiritual practice.
