Exploring the Dream World |
|
|
|
The Mother said dreamtime is the night-school of sadhana. We can use dreams in our spiritual quest and they are important for our psychological health. Dreams have been used by oracles from the beginning of civilisations to solve problems, predict the future, create new possibilities. Dreamwork is the process of working with one’s dreams, decoding their symbolic language, understanding archetypes, plunging in the subtle world, and some more mysteries of this nature. We will learn several dreamwork techniques in this workshop and do exercises to enhance our capacity to have meaningful dreams.
Here are some topics we will cover during the 6-day workshop:
- Introduction to dreams and sadhana
- Subtle realms
- Dream functions – how they help us
- Dream styles - how they show up
- Symbols
- Archetypes
- Active imagination
- Dreamwork techniques to analyse dreams
